These terms govern use of the current free Website URL Analytics Tracker website operated by Solorio Designs. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and accept these terms.

Free tool

The current tool creates UTM-tagged URLs and static QR images in your browser. No account, managed redirect, scan-reporting service, destination hosting, or availability guarantee is included. A static QR code will only remain useful while its encoded destination remains available.

Private beta managed links

Eligible signed-in users may create a limited number of managed links and QR codes. Managed links depend on this service remaining available and may be paused or restricted for safety, abuse, legal, or operational reasons. Beta behavior, limits, URLs, and features may change. Keep exports and original destination records for important campaigns.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for destinations, campaign values, printed materials, permissions, disclosures, and compliance related to your use. Test every URL and QR code on the final medium before publishing or printing. Keep your own copies of important assets.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to facilitate phishing, malware, fraud, unlawful tracking, infringement, harassment, deceptive reviews, or other illegal or harmful activity. Do not interfere with the website, bypass security measures, or impose unreasonable automated load.

Third-party services

Destinations, analytics providers, external forms, and linked websites are controlled by third parties. Their availability and practices are outside our control and may be governed by separate terms.

Availability and changes

The free service is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, but a static QR image already generated does not rely on our redirect infrastructure. Planned managed-link or paid features are not commitments until released under applicable terms.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and Solorio Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the free tool. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
