Multi-location QR campaigns

Manage QR code campaigns across every business location.

Create a separate editable QR link for each store, clinic, restaurant, branch, or client location. Keep destinations, placements, owners, deployment status, and rolling campaign activity together instead of rebuilding the workflow in spreadsheets.

The operational problem

A QR generator makes an image. A campaign system keeps the deployment understandable.

One shared code hides location performance

If every branch prints the same code, the redirect report cannot reliably show which physical location generated the activity.

Static destinations turn changes into reprints

A corrected landing page, seasonal offer, or changed form requires a new static QR image and another physical distribution cycle.

Spreadsheets drift away from printed assets

Without placement owner, launch dates, deployment status, and a stable identifier, teams lose confidence in which code is actually live.

Workflow

Launch one traceable QR code per location.

Use a consistent location ID and campaign name so physical placement records and redirect reporting stay aligned.

01

Prepare the location list

Download the CSV template and add a name, destination, campaign, location ID, location name, placement, owner, and deployment status for each code.

02

Create the batch

Preview the file before importing. The private beta creates the batch atomically, so a failed row does not leave a half-created campaign.

03

Download and place

Download a dynamic QR PNG for each managed link and record whether the asset is drafted, produced, delivered, placed, verified, or removed.

04

Update and compare

Change a safe destination without replacing the QR image, then compare rolling 30-day activity by campaign and location.

Important distinction

Track the assigned business location—not a visitor's precise location.

Searches for “location QR code” can mean two different jobs. A map QR opens an address. A multi-location campaign assigns a distinct managed link to each physical placement so activity can be compared using known campaign metadata. This beta does the second job and does not claim GPS attribution.

Use cases

Designed for repeated physical campaigns.

Retail and franchises

Give each store its own managed QR for counter signs, receipts, local offers, or window displays.

Clinics and service locations

Separate appointment, intake, review, or follow-up campaigns by office while preserving one operating view.

Restaurants and hospitality

Manage menu, promotion, event, and feedback destinations across branches without relying on one shared static code.

Agencies and field marketers

Track which client location received each asset, who owns placement, and which links generated activity.

FAQ

Questions about QR codes for multiple locations

What is multi-location QR code management?

It is the operational workflow of assigning and managing QR codes by store, branch, venue, clinic, restaurant, or client location. Each location gets an identifiable managed link so destinations and campaign activity can be handled separately.

Is this the same as a QR code that opens a map location?

No. A map-location QR encodes or opens an address. This product associates a managed campaign link with a business location so a marketer can organize physical placements and compare activity. It does not collect a scanner's GPS location.

Can the destination change after the QR code is printed?

Yes for a managed QR code. The printed image points to a stable managed URL, and an authorized workspace member can update its safe destination. A static QR code cannot be changed after printing.

Can I create codes from a spreadsheet?

Yes. The private beta accepts a CSV batch, previews the rows, validates every destination server-side, and creates the batch atomically. The current beta workspace limit is 25 managed links.

Can I compare scans by store or branch?

The dashboard shows rolling 30-day redirect activity by managed link, campaign, and location. QR-marked versus ordinary-link counts are directional estimates, not unique-person or GPS tracking.

Does the report store visitor identities?

The application stores daily aggregate counts without IP addresses, referrers, cookies, or user-agent values. Recognized automated crawlers are excluded where possible.

Does the private beta support location managers and team permissions?

Not yet. The current beta uses one personal workspace. Shared workspaces, invitations, and role-specific location access remain planned and are not represented as available features.
