Privacy notice
Last updated: August 11, 2026
This notice describes the current free Website URL Analytics Tracker website operated by Solorio Designs. Contact jose@soloriodesigns.com with a privacy question or request.
Information the free tool uses
The UTM and static QR builder runs in your browser. The destination and campaign fields you enter are placed into the generated URL and QR code. The latest form values and theme preference are stored in your browser’s local storage so the tool can restore them. The current free tool does not send those form values to an application account database.
Site operations and analytics
Our hosting and security providers may process routine request information such as IP address, browser information, requested page, timestamps, and error or security signals. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics and/or Microsoft Clarity may collect usage information according to their configurations and policies. We will review applicable consent requirements before enabling optional analytics.
Messages and early access
If you email us or submit an external early-access form, we receive the details you choose to provide. The form provider may process that information under its own privacy terms. We use it to reply, conduct product research, provide requested services, and communicate about relevant product access.
Accounts and managed links
If you use the private beta, Firebase processes authentication information such as your email address, display name, provider, verification state, and account identifiers. We store a user profile, personal workspace, membership, managed-link destinations, campaign parameters, status, short slug, limited destination history, and operational timestamps in Firestore. Do not place secrets or sensitive personal information in a link name, destination, or campaign parameter.
Managed redirects
When someone opens an active managed short link, the private beta adds one visit to a daily aggregate for that link. Dynamic QR downloads include a source marker so the report can show directional QR-versus-link counts. Automated-crawler patterns are excluded where recognized, but the counts are estimates and a marked URL can be shared. The application aggregate does not store an IP address, referrer, cookie, or user-agent value. Hosting and security systems may still process ordinary request and abuse-prevention information.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell the personal information you submit to us. We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, forms, email, security, and operations, and may disclose information when required to protect users, enforce terms, or comply with law.
Retention and choices
You can clear locally stored builder values through your browser controls. Managed-link daily aggregates are configured to expire after 400 days, with deletion generally occurring after the expiration time rather than instantly. You may archive managed links or ask us to delete information you submitted directly, subject to security, abuse-prevention, legal, backup, and operational retention needs. Analytics, authentication, and hosting providers may apply their own retention settings.
Children
The service is intended for business and marketing use and is not directed to children.
Changes
We will update this notice when reporting, billing, collaboration, or additional data processing is introduced. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
